65-105 m³/min Zero Pollution Air Bearing-levitation Centrifugal Blower

Description

The air suspension centrifugal blower is composed of high-speed motor, air bearing, impeller, frequency converter and other main components. The impeller shaft adopts air suspension bearing, no mechanical friction, and the rotating speed can be as high as 33000rpm. When the air bearing has not formed enough air pressure layer, the motor shaft is supported by elastic foil. When the rotor speed exceeds 2500 revolutions, the air film will be formed to suspend the shaft support.

Advantage of Air bearing-levitation centrifugal blower

  • Multiple air suspension blowers are easy to operate in parallel. Only by lowering the SV value of the blower in use, the new blower can be incorporated into the operation. As the no-load speed of the blower reaches 150000rpm, the vent valve can be closed, and the machine will enter the loaded state. Thus there is enough pressure to go upwards through the check valve and reaches the main pipe, which ensures that surge will not happen.

  • The output air of Air suspension centrifugal blower is oil-free air, which is conducive to the growth of microorganisms in activated sludge system.

  • Air suspension centrifugal blower occupies a small area, does not need the foundation embedded parts, is installed quickly, and the operation noise is not more than 85 dB.
