Description
Air suspension bearing: air suspension bearing mainly includes radial bearing, thrust bearing. Before starting, there is contact between the rotating bearing and the bearing. When starting, the rotating shaft and the bearing move relatively, forming a hydrodynamic field. In the radial bearing, the hydrodynamic force forms a buoyancy force, which causes the shaft and the bearing to be eccentric. When the shaft rotates, a fluid pressure field is formed in the radial bearing, which makes the bearing in suspension state without contact, so as to achieve the purpose of free rotation. This bearing oil-free lubrication system has the characteristics of less energy loss and high efficiency.
