Introduction

People in water treatment industry all know that the key to sewage treatment is aeration and oxygenation technologies, that is to say, the oxygen in the air should be released into the sewage as much as possible for mass transfer reaction, on one hand, it oxidizes and decomposes the anaerobic organisms in the sewage; on the other hand, it enables the effective microorganisms in sewage to stay alive. Therefore, it depends on the efficiency of various blowers that how to fully improve the mass transfer and utilization efficiency of oxygen, in spite of the efficiency of aeration releaser.
Currently, there are centrifugal blowers, roots blowers and other kinds of blowers in the waste water treatment industry.
Compared with the traditional roots blower, the screw blower realizes internal compression in the process of gas transmission in the cavity. Therefore, the screw blower not only has most advantages of Roots blower, but also has higher efficiency than roots blower. Moreover, the process of gas transmission and compression is continuous and gradual, so it has lower air pulse, and lower exhaust noise and lower temperature than roots blower.
In the past, as an aeration equipment, roots blower has occupied a large market share in sewage treatment industry due to its features of low price, easy maintenance. However, with higher and higher requirement for sewage discharge standard and energy-saving nowadays, more and more users begin to pay attention to the energy saving and emission reduction function of the equipment itself.
