Product Discription

Small Gear Hobbing Machine has sufficient rigidity. When the gear is sheared, it can be machined to the required tooth depth at one time. It can also be divided into several cuttings (stratified cutting). When cutting, it must be changed every time according to certain rules. Cutting rate, such as the choice of appropriate cutting speed, feed and a reasonable cut depth, and accurate installation of the workpiece, the machine can cut out seven precision gears. As Small Gear Hobbing Machine has a hydraulic balancing device to balance the cutting tool of the cutting resistance, so the machine can be used for milling, in order to improve machine tool production efficiency.
