Boom Barrier Basic Features:

1. Safe---the barrier will automatically go back when it meet obstacles during closing.
2. DC Brushless motor is more powerful and no maintenance.
3. Boom can be chosen from 3 meters to 6 meters, and barrier closing time is also arranged from 1.5 seconds to 6 seconds.
4. All the operation process is soft without any noise and shaking.
5. Infrared photocell interface, Loop detector interface and IC system interface are reserved for the other functions.
6. Green light and red light are used inside to indicate the position of the boom.
7. New design with Red & Green lights, when the boom open up to 90 degrees, green light flashing,, when the boom in the process of operation, red light flashing.
8. Nice housing design, compactly install all the wires.
9. Fan cooling design can reduce the motor temperature by high frequency using, meanwhile prolongs the life of the motor.
10. Exactitude aluminum die-casting motor can reduce the noise and prolong the life of the machine core.

Barrier Gate Maintenance

1. Keep the barrier gate clean.

2. Check the joints every month in case of any loose parts.

3. Check the balance status of the spring after the barrier gate runs 300,000 times, and readjust the balance. And change new springs after running 500,000 times (or 12 months), to avoid spring breaking due to excessive fatigue. If the fence boom exceeds 3.5 meters or the flow rate is too large, the spring replacement time may need to be advanced, and it is recommended to replace the spring every 6 months or 400,000 times.

4. Check the easily worn-out parts every half year and renew them.

5. Remote control distance will be shortened or not work in cases like big object screening, battery exhaustion, and extreme weather.
