Material: All materials purchase from domestic first-line brands or European twin-screw plastic machine professional material suppliers. After coming to the factory, the materials will be subject to chemical composition and metallographic analysis and inspection to ensure the quility.

For wear application:

Tool steel: W6Mo5Cr4V2

PM-HIP materials: SAM10, SAM26, SAM39, CPM 10V,CPM9V.

For corrosion application:

Nitrided steel: 38CrMoAl

PM-HIP materials: WR4, SAM26, SAM39, CPM 10V,CPM9V.

For wear and corrosion application:

PM-HIP materials: SAM26, SAM39, CPM 10V,CPM9V

Other materials:

304, 316L, C276 etc.

5. Heat treatment
As we all know, heat treatment is very important in the screw production process. In order to ensure the quality of products, Joiner has purchased professional heat treatment equipment to produce, so that we can control the construction process by ourselves. In China, we are the only company that does heat treatment by ourselves, and the heat treatment of screw components made by Nanjing factory is processed by outsiders, so the quality of products can not be completely guarantee.

Processing range: φ 15.6- φ 500mm
High precision: It is completely processed according to the customer's drawings. Conventional components are processed after heat treatment to eliminate heat treatment deformation, so as to meet the customer's high-precision requirements.
100% full inspection: Each process should be self inspected by the staff first, and then 100% fully inspected by the inspector before delivery. The spline shall be 100% inspected by the spline plug gauge, and the material report and inspection report shall be provided during delivery.
Tolerance control range: The length shall be controlled within ± 0.01mm, The diameter tolerance shall be controlled within 0~-0.03mm.
