Quality management and tracking

1. Once the mold order is confirmed by customers, our factory will send you this mold plan sheet.
2. Every week will update you the status of the mold production and send customers video and pictures to make sure all of them are in schedule, let the production transparent to customers. 3. After trial production, we will check the samples to make sure all are right.
4. We will send the sample and dimension report to our clients for approval.
5. After everything is ok, we will do final inspection on the molds& products before shipment.


The mould is made with many complicated slides and inserts.We can customize diverse moulds for our clients based on the 3D drawing they provide, such as the electronic part mould, plastic injection mould, die-casting mould and so on.
