Custom USTC 155/ 180 0.1mm * 70 Polyester Served Copper Litz Wire for motor winding
The twisting process of the strands and the coating of the nylon yarn ensure that the wire has excellent current-carrying capacity and anti-electromagnetic interference ability. The production process of nylon covered litz wire consists of several steps.
First, enameled wire is produced by coating copper wire with an enameled insulation layer.
Then, 70 strands of enameled wire are twisted together to form a bundle.
Afterwards, the bundle is wrapped with a coating of nylon yarn.
Finally, the wire is annealed at high temperature to increase its strength and flexibility.
