CONTINUOUSLY TRANSPOSED PAPER INSULATED COPPER WIRE HIGH FREQUENCY COPPER LITZ WIRE

The manufacture process is as follows: Strips of mutual insulated round copper wire transpose, strand, roll into rectangular section wire in the same direction at certain pitch, then insulating film and insulating composite materials is wrapped from inside to outside.

Here are three types:

  • Paper insulated polyvinyl-acetal enameled Continuously Transposed copper wire

  • Paperless Insulated Netting-type Continuously Transposed copper wire

  • Heat Resistant Continuously Transposed enameled copper wire
