 Digital SD Card Ultrasonic Water Flow Meter
Digital SD Card Ultrasonic Water Flow Meter suitable for system integrator supporting projects, water conservancy or heating system and network monitoring projects flow measurement, with small volume, simple operation, complete output interface characteristics.The type I insertion type ultrasonic flowmeter provides a powerful function for accurate measurement of liquid flow from outside the pipe.It utilizes state-of-the-art ultrasonic transmission/reception, digital signal processing and transmission time measurement technologies.The unique signal quality tracking and adaptive technology enables the system to automatically optimize and adapt to different pipes.Because the inserted sensor is installed with hot tap, there is no problem of ultrasonic recombination and coupling.Even when the transducer is inserted into the wall of the tube, there is no interference with the fluid or pressure drop.The insertion type (wet type) has the advantages of long-term stability and high precision.
 Digital SD Card Ultrasonic Water Flow Meter Features:
1. No moving parts, no pressure drop, no maintenance.
2. Spool-piece transducer for best accuracy and better long-term stability.
3. High temp. Insertion transducers are suitable for high temperature of -35℃~150℃.
4. Wide bi-directional Flow range of 0.03 to 36 m/s, and wide range of pipe sizes from DN65 to DN6000.
5. Data logger function.
6. The heat measurement function by configuring with paired temperature sensors.
