Lab Equipment Ultrasonic Cleaner 3.2L Digital Degas Stainless Steel Madical
Ultrasonic cleaning equipment in Automotive Servicing
AGSONIC Ultrasonic cleaning is a fast and highly efficient way for cleaning automotive parts, our equipment will remove grease, oil, lubricants and many other contaminants that are commonly found on automotive components. This includes radiators, gearboxes, inter-coolers, brake callipers, carburettors, cylinder heads, paint guns and many more.
we have supplied our ultrasonic cleaning systems to numerous Motor Racing companies, Classic Car Restorers, professional garage as well as part-time enthusiasts.
Why is Ultrasonic Cleaning so Efficient and Effective?
When cavitation happens near a dirty object, the vacuum action produced by those million of bubbles constantly imploding creates a tiny pressure wave that reaches deep into every nook and cranny of even the most delicate items. This tiny pressure wave dislodges and breaks up the dirt and other contaminants and gently lifts it away. The result is very fast and effective cleaning.
How AGSONIC Ultrasonic Machines Create Cavitation
To create cavitation, AGSONIC Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems use our state-of-the-art Prowave™ Digital Generators to power electro-mechanical transducers that are submerged in a tank of hot water. These generators activate the transducers which then vibrate very quickly. This vibration sends sound waves through the water at frequencies ranging from 25 to 40kHz which produces cavitation.

CAVITATION *
knowledge about ultrasonic cleaning and that the ultrasonic
generator and transducer are required to produce cavitation in an ultrasonic cleaning bath and that it is the scrubbing force found in ultrasonic cleaning, how is it formed?
To develop a cavitation event we must transmit a high intensity pressure wave from the transducer into a liquid with enough amplitude so as to tear the liquid apart in the rarefaction half cycle and drop the pressure
within the liquid below its point of vaporization. When this has been achieved we will develop millions of minute vacuum bubbles called cavitation events. Every half cycle we develop these vacuum bubbles which store their developing energy and then collapse or implode in the compression half cycle releasing their energy. This causes the shear forces they release to break the bonds holding a particle to the item being cleaned. At 40 KHz this cleaning cycle will repeat itself 40,000 times a second.
