40Khz Ultrasonic transducers convert electrical energy, mechanical energy or acoustic energy from one form of energy to another form of energy device, also known as an ultrasonic transducer, also known as an active sensor. One of the most mature and reliable is the device that converts electrical energy and acoustic energy by piezoelectric effect, also known as piezoelectric transducer. The transducer is composed of a central piezoelectric ceramic component, a front and rear metal cover, a pre-stressed screw, an electrode sheet, and an insulating tube. The matching of the transducer with the electric box and the mold is the basis for the reliability of the system and the maximum power of the transducer. After the transducer is completed, there will be no adjustable parts. Adjust the electrical box and mold to match the working state of the transducer.
It is recommended to adjust the matching in the following steps:
First, adjust the oscillation frequency of the electric box to suit the dynamic range of the transducer.
Step 2: Adjust the matching circuit so that the no-load current of the transducer is less than 0.5A. The tuning voltage deviation should always be less than 0.2A, and check the transducer for normal vibration and heating.
The third step: connect the mold, with the load, and adjust the electric box to make the output power of the system meet the requirements for use.
Step 4: Full power test for a certain period of time, check that the state changes of the transducer and the electric box should be within the normal range.
