Description

Three Positions Servo Hot Riveting Welding Machine

Product Description:

1. This equipment is divided into three stations for welding, and servo motors are used for moving between stations
Force, using high-precision ball screw as power medium.


2. The sliding of the mold between the stations is fixed on the precision linear guide rail to ensure the smooth movement.


3. The equipment frame is composed of two parts, the lower frame is welded with high-quality A3 square pipe, and the upper frame is adopted

4. The temperature is controlled by single point heating system and PLC programmable microcomputer system and man-machine interface window adjust welding parameters to ensure that the temperature of each welding position is uniform, the best welding effect.
