With the growth of the automotive industry, the expansion of automotive parts manufacturing often encounters welding challenges in the production of plastic interior and exterior components. The servo-driven hot plate plastic welding machine is a highly efficient and precise plastic welding device. It features fast welding speed, high-quality joints, easy operation, and environmental friendliness with no pollution, making it suitable for welding thermoplastic materials such as PE, ABS, and PP. It is widely used in the automotive field.
The working principle of the servo-driven hot plate welding machine is as follows:
The surfaces of the plastic parts are heated to a molten state by the hot plate. After the hot plate is removed, the molten surfaces are quickly brought together and pressure is applied. A strong weld seam is formed after cooling. The entire process is precisely controlled by servo motors to ensure the accuracy of the welding position and parameters.
1. The machine is equipped with an automatic mold-changing function. Operators only need to insert the mold, and the machine automatically completes the mold change, saving labor and enhancing safety.
2. The entire machine uses servo motors for power, ensuring precise positioning with an accuracy of 0.01 mm.
3. The working speed of the machine is adjustable, allowing better control over weld depth and flash, achieving optimal results.
4. It is suitable for applications in automotive interior and exterior components, such as glove boxes, center consoles, IP and map pocket liners.
