The principle is based on the cavitation effect being generated in liquid through 25KHZ-80KHZ ultrasonic vibration frequency per second . The high frequency electrical energy is converted into high frequency mechanical energy by the transducers.

1.This is customize built machine and we design machine base on customer's slik screen size.Pls tell me the size information,then we can design the machine and send machine drawing to customer for confirmation.

2.The cleaning tank is made of 2mm thick 316L stainless steel,it makes the machine more durable.

3.The Machine frame is made of 304 stainless steel.

4.Machine with Omron brand liquid level sensor,The machine will shut off automatic if liquid level is lower then warning level.

5.Famous brand components were used in machine.
