Working Principle

The principle of MRT10-S is that when the wire rope quickly passes the sensor, the permanent magnet steel axial of the sensor magnetizes steel wire rope deeply until saturate. Defects such as broken wires and wear synchronously produce magnetic leakage field and magnetic flux change, magnetic signals spreading space is concentrated by poly copper and converted into voltage, changes into digital values by wide angle hole array element group, then compress and send digital signal to computer. Decompress the data real time by the three dimensional mathematical model software. Then displays specific quantitative number to show the inside and outside of broken wire, corrosion, wear, metallic cross-sectional area changes of the wire rope, in accordance with the current standard to generate assessment of safety and service life of wire rope.

Operation

The operation(Alt+E) item contains the sampling, broken wire analysis, and deterioration analysis three functions items. It is the main part of this system with the sampling control and processing analysis functions for primary signal of tested wire rope.

Sampling

The sampling (Ctrl+M) is the signal sampling control and real-time display function item to the testing wire rope. Click "the operation" select "the sampling" or use the shortcut icon to open the sampling window.

Broken Wire Analysis

Broken wire analysis (Ctrl+N) is the human computer interface program, it can analysis and process the testing data. Two methods can enter this procedure: One is operation---broken wire analysis--choosing the file to be analyzed --enter, the other is file-open-analysis-choosing the file to be analyzed- enter.

Deterioration Analysis

The deterioration analysis (Ctrl+L) is evaluation procedure for the testing wire rope metallic cross-sectional area change (for example deterioration), can do automatic evaluation for the test data according to a basic value. You can also use shortcut to enter the operation sequence.
