Fault description: The acoustic lens and crystal are damaged, there is slightly scratched on the housing cover, and it cannot be tested on the machine.
Maintenance scheme: replace the acoustic lens and crystal.

A: Fully-tested and safe packing before shipping, less than 3% warranty return claims of previous orders.
