20Khz Ultrasonic Generator Box With Parallel Circuit for Ultrasonic Welder

This ultrasonic generator has the automatic frequency tracking and compensation function, which makes it quickly respond to the frequency fluctuation of the triplet resonant system and automatically save the best frequency as the next starting frequency. According to the real-time load change, the amplitude of the ultrasonic generator automatically compensates, to ensure the stability of the equipment amplitude output.

What's more, the starting rate is optional, ensuring the triplet stable and fast starting vibration. This type of ultrasonic generator has two welding modes of time and energy, and the generator gives warning signals to frequency offset, excessive current, excessive voltage, excessive temperature, and power overload.

This type of parallel circuit generator box based on advanced technology in China, applicable for food cutting, plastic welding, non-woven fabric welding, etc.
