15khz 4200w Standard Ultrasonic Plastic Welding Machine

The ultrasonic welding machine is an ultrasonic welder designed for welding various plastics (PVC, PP, PE, ABS, etc.) and fabrics (nonwoven fabric, etc.). It is widely used in welding plastic products, which includes chargers, reflectors, plastic whistles, pillows, quilt, and other plastic/ fabric products. The ultrasonic welding machines have features such as high working efficiency and good welding performance features, etc. Ultrasonic welders can save your labor and time.

Our KM-DS300 series standard ultrasonic welding machine is the basic introduction series of plastic welding machines which is with three working modes(time, energy, grounding) and three safety managements(overload power protection, power voltage protection, transducer voltage protection). The ultrasonic welder also has two trigger modes: delay and amplitude stage, and the data such as welding records and data statics can be imported and exported easily.
