15Khz 2600W Ultrasonic Welding Generator Ultrasonic Power Supply For Plastic Welding

The ultrasonic generator can convert 50/60 Hz current into 15, 20, 30, or 40 kHz power, and the power can be converted into the mechanical motion at the same frequency by a transducer, mechanical motion is then transmitted to the welding horn by means of the booster that alters the ultrasonic amplitude. then the welding horn transfers the vibration energy received to the plastic part, through mechanical friction, heat energy is converted to melt the plastic parts.

This is the analog type ultrasonic welding generator for plastic welding, no need of screws or glue to weld the plastics together, economical but powerful and stable in the market.
