15Khz Analog Type Ultrasonic Welding Generator Ultrasonic Power Supply for Non-woven Fabric Welding

The ultrasonic welding generator can generate high power and high-frequency alternating current to match the ultrasonic transducer. Ultrasonic generators can be divided into self-excited and separate-excited generator boxes. The ultrasonic generator converts 50/60 Hz current into 15, 20, 30,35, or 40 kHz power. And the converted high-frequency energy is matched to the corresponding transducer, which converts it again into mechanical motion at the same frequency.

This is our analog-type ultrasonic welding generator for non-woven fabric making machine, paper cup sealing machine, three layers bag making machine, medical cloths making machine, economical but powerful and stable, especially in N95 face mask welding machine and has been proved very stable quality in the market.
