Standard Servo Control Hot Plate Welder

We build custom hot plate welding systems for joining irregularly shaped semi-crystalline and amorphous thermoplastic materials by radiant or direct contact heat. Hot plate welding is available with pneumatic, hydraulic, or servo-controlled actuation.

This hot plate welder was customized according to the client's request. It can be controlled by servo motor control for the movement of the heating plate and upper and lower fixtures. The heating method can be electrical heating, IR heating, or hybrid heating method, depending on the condition of the products to be welded.

We can design or modify these systems as well as recommend the most appropriate joint welding design to meet a customer's specific application requirements.

Technical parameters:

*Hot plate type plastic welding machine for welding water tanks, cylinder head cover or lights of the automobiles, suitable for welding large size products with complex shapes.
*This model is for the plate size of 300*400mm.
*It can be customized for different sizes.

* Continuous heating system is used with high precision control of heat, and the heating tubes are heated without any interruption, hence the service life of the heating tubes is extended.
