QF/QR Series Quick Hot Forging Test Machine

Technical parameters

Note: 1.In general, the cold forging and hot forging are incompatible. If the customer requires the cold and hot forging tests completed on one machine, it is needed to declare the requirements when ordering the machine.

2.The max. forging force is decided by the specimen diameter, the material strength, and the forging ratio.Please inquire the manufacture for choosing the proper model, and we can also produce the machine according to the customer’s requirement.

3. If a special forging ratio is required, the machine can be made according to the customer’s requirement.

4. Quick hot forging test machines have different heating methods, such as chamber furnace, median frequency, and power frequency. Please contact the manufacturer for choosing specific heating method.

5.The standard test machines of model QF-3000, QR-3000, QF-5000, QR-5000 have no shearing and alignment work positions.
