Product Details

1. Wire diameter of spring can be made between 2.8mm to 4.0mm,2.8mm - 3.0mm is more suitable for sofa back and the more thickness wire diameters are more suitable for the sofa seat.

2. All of our springs are made of high carbon steel wire 82B or 70 gr

3. Surface of these springs can be treated with antirust treatment,zinc coating,chrome coating,the origianl color is the cheapest price,other is higher,just according to your needs.

4. Our springs can pass the fatigue test which exceeds 20,000 times is not out of shape.

5. We can make the weight of per roll from 2.8kgs to 7kgs.If no special request,normally we make 4kgs/roll,10rolls/bag,packed with knitted bag.

Payment Term

1. EXW term - 30% deposit paid after the order confirmed,70% balance paid before delivery.

2. FOB & CIF term - 30% deposit paid after the order confirmed,70% balance paid against the copy of documents.

3. No matter trade in EXW or FOB,order amount lower than USD1000,total should be paid after the order confirmed.

About Samples

After confirm the quotation,we can offer the free samples for confirmation according to your specification if needed,the samples will be delivered by express,DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT/EMS.Generally speaking,it will takes around 3-5 days to send out the samples.
