Add lubricating oil to the roller and sprocket

A lot of people don't know about the maintenance of roller and sprocket. Generally, the maintenance methods of this part are not marked in the manual, and many people will ignore the maintenance of these parts.

In fact, many supporting wheels and sprocket wheels can be maintained. There is a small bolt on the sprocket wheel, which can be filled with lubricating oil when it is screwed down. The newly delivered supporting wheels and sprocket wheels will be filled with lubricating oil, but few people will pay attention to adding lubricating oil later.

Remove the screw and fill each wheel with 50ml of lubricating oil with syringe, which can be replaced by the gear oil of walking and rotary reducers, once every six months to a year.

Install the shaft pin dust ring (dust seal)

Excavator in use after a few years, the bucket of the pin are worn, especially without daily work before the butter equipment.

Excavators deal with sand and soil every day, so the sand is easy to get into the shaft pin, increasing wear.

Excavator manufacturers usually install dust rings at the axle pins of the working device, but this thing is also easy to damage, so it needs to be checked and replaced frequently.

Installation of diesel filter element

There is no guarantee for the quality of diesel oil on the construction site, which is different from that of PetroChina and Sinopec. Therefore, it is necessary to install a diesel oil filter on the equipment that uses diesel oil on the construction site for a long time.

There are two main advantages in this way: first, it can provide good protection for the engine and diesel pump; second, it can extend the service life of the original filter element.

Clean the radiator frequently

Many excavator high-temperature faults are caused by the radiator, one of the most common reasons is that the radiator is not cleaned frequently. Over time, there are more and more dirt inside, blocking most of the blades. Poor ventilation of the radiator causes high temperature. These dirt will be more and more difficult to clean in the later stage.

So usually in the maintenance of the excavator, it is necessary to clean each radiator, you can use the water gun pressure down for flushing, or use the air pump for purging.

Soil in travel motor

The sealing performance of the cover plate of the walking motor is not very good, and it is easy to seep into the sediment during long-term "playing with mud" or wading operations.

These sands will continue to corrode the friction hydraulic oil pipe and hydraulic motor. The outer part of the oil pipe joint box motor is covered with thick rust, which will greatly shorten the service life of the oil pipe and affect the heat dissipation of the walking motor.
