Rotary reducer and winch reducer

Routine inspection: visually check the sealing of reducer, abnormal noise of equipment, tightening of fastening screws and bolts, braking performance of brake.

Regular maintenance: the new car should change the oil once in 150 hours, remove the lower oil plug to drain the oil. Change the lubricating oil every 1000 hours or one year.

If the lubricating oil is not replaced on time, the gear will be worn and broken. But many users don't pay attention to it, and even find that some of them don't change or refuel oil for many years, until they stop working.

Slewing bearing

Bolt pre tightening time arrangement: under general working conditions, the bolt pre tightening force should be checked every 100 hours when the new car works, and the size of the pre tightening force should be subject to the operation and maintenance manual of each product; after that, the bolt pre tightening force should be checked every 500 hours, and sufficient pre tightening force must be maintained. Replace bolts every 7 years or 14000 hours.

Slewing ring lubrication: generally add 3 ᦇ calcium base grease, and lubricate the raceway once every 100 hours. When adding grease, slowly rotate the slewing ring for at least two weeks.

If the slewing bearing is not maintained in time, there will be problems such as inflexible rotation, damage of raceway, elastic deformation, looseness and fracture of mounting bolts.

Hydraulic system

Routine inspection: all components and pipeline joints have leakage, looseness, hose aging, cracks, hydraulic oil cleanliness, oil level of oil tank.

Regular maintenance: when the new car works for 200 hours, the hydraulic oil needs to be filtered, and then it needs to be filtered or changed every 6 months, and the filter element should be changed at the same time. Hydraulic oil should not be used for more than 24 months. After 24 months, it can not be used even after filtration. Whenever it is found that the hydraulic oil is seriously polluted, it should be filtered or replaced in time. Different brands of hydraulic oil can not be mixed. When the seasons change in the north, it is necessary to change the hydraulic oil in winter or summer according to the environmental requirements.

The pollution of hydraulic oil will lead to the failure of many hydraulic components. After maintenance, the service cycle of components is short and the failure rate is high, which greatly increases the maintenance cost.

Electrical system

Daily inspection: check whether all kinds of instruments, lamps and horns are normal; whether the wiring harness is loose, falling off and worn; the appearance of the battery, the color of the electric eye and the tightening state of the terminals.

Regular inspection: check whether the torque limiter / weighing instrument can work normally, whether the accuracy meets the requirements, and whether the height limit device and overload protection device work normally.

Wire rope, stay cable and pulley

Routine inspection: the tension of the wire rope, whether there is broken wire, loose, twisted, bruised and serious corrosion,

The wear condition of the boom slider and whether the pulley is damaged or stuck.

Regular maintenance: when the user uses the crane, the length of the rope row or cable will change due to the force on the boom during operation. The boom shall be inspected and adjusted every month. If it is found that the expansion and contraction is not synchronous or there is jitter, it should be adjusted in time, and the operation can be started after the phenomenon is eliminated. Otherwise, the rope row or cable will fall off and break, causing serious consequences.

The wire rope has been coated with enough lubricating oil during manufacturing, but in the process of use, the original lubricating oil will be slowly lost and distributed, so the wire rope should be coated with lubricating oil regularly in use, so as to ensure rust prevention and lubrication, reduce friction and prolong the service life of the wire rope.

The movable pulley on the hook, the fixed pulley at the head of the boom, and the bearing seat of the hoist need to be lubricated by the grease nozzle regularly (every 100 hours of operation).
