2 Axle 45 Cubic Meters Bulk Cement Tanker Powder Tank Semi Trailer

Bulk Cement Trailer Features:

Pneumatic bulk cement trailer drives the on-board air compressor using its own engine with the help of

power take-off and sends compressed air into the air chamber through the pipeline under the sealed tank,

suspends the cement in the fluidized bed into a fluid state. When the pressure in the tank reaches the rated

value, the discharge butterfly valve is opened, and the fluidized cement flows through the pipeline for delivery.


Bulk cement trailer is made with domestic advanced technology, novel design, which is strong and durable.

The air bag type has a large payload capacity, and the discharge speed is fast and the residual amount is small.

Bulk cement tanker trailer has been awarded two national patnets. It uses the latest fluidized structure with

the characteristics of large capacity, low center of gtavity, few remnats ,simplified structure, quick discharging ,etc,

easy to operate and maintain. The tanker body is designed by means of three dimensional aid design method

with the characteristics of reasinable structure, large effeetive capacity and reduced tansportation cost.
