1. When can I get a quote?
We usually quote within 24 hours after receiving your inquiry. If you are eager to get the price, please call us or tell us via your email so that we can give priority to your question.
2. How to obtain samples to check your quality?
We will provide you with an existing sample to check our quality, but the freight must be paid by you.
Or after confirming the price, you can request to check the quality of our sample, but the sample cost needs to be paid by you. If your volume order quantity meets our requirement, the sample cost can be refunded.
3. Can you design for us?
Yes. We have a professional design team, just tell us your ideas, we will help you turn your ideas into a perfect product. If you don't have the complete file, you can. Send us a high resolution image and we can design the layout you want.
4. How long can I expect to get a sample?
After you pay the sample fee and approve the layout, most of the samples will be ready for delivery within 3-
5 days. Samples will be sent to you by courier. If you do not have an account, you can use your own fast account or prepayment.

5. How is the time for mass production?
This depends on the order quantity and the product you need. In general, we recommend that you start your inquiry one month before the date you want to get the product.
6. What is your delivery condition?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the most convenient or most economical product for you.

7.Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
Uhine is a manufacturing & trading group with factories for pens & gifts.
8.Can your pens be customized?
Sure, we can open new moulds as per your requirements.
Your logo can be printed with pad printing, silk printing or heat transfer printing.
Pen colors can be customized according to Pantone numbers & other requirements.
9:How about delivery time?
Usually 35 days after confirmation.
We can shorten the delivery time according to your requirement.
