SDR-LW 2972 can realize a wide range of applications, including broadcasting, cellphone, GPS, WiFi, ISMFM and TV signal etc. Together with GNURadio, the users can carry out some radio development immediately, or do some open source project of software radio. Based on the support for HUD , it allows users reuse the previous design, the open source application such as HDSDR and OpenBTS all support multiple types of USRP-LW devices.
