Features:

4. Offers self-EDID programming feature, detecting from a display and restoring to an EEPROM in the transmitter just by plugging to the display without any physical DDC connection
5. Distance is up to 500 meters over OM3 MMF, or 2km over SMF;
6. Detachable feature with 1x LC multi-mode fibers;
7. The modules are compact enough to directly plug to graphic sources and displays by adopting DVI plugs;
8. Includes two (2) +5V DC power adapters for the transmitter and receiver ;

Installing:
Note: Please install the optic DVI extender according to the following step, if not, the extender should be not working.
1. Power on the Display.
2. Connect the Transmitter unit to the display’s DVI input port.
3. Connect the External Power Supply to the Transmitter unit.
4.Use a stick through the hole on the DVI housing, and press it one time. Wait 3-6 seconds, you can see the blue LED flash on time. Then EDID read ok, if not, EDID read fail.
5. Remove the Power Supply from the Transmitter unit.
6. Disconnect the Transmitter unit from the display and connect it to the video signal source.
7. Connect the Receiver unit to the display and connect the Power Supply to the Receiver unit.
8. Reapply power to the system.
