Description:

1 UV lamp: A 2KW UV lamp tube is used, which is installed on the top of the UV furnace, illuminates downward, and can be adjusted in height and angle.
2 UV lampshade: The unique aluminum reflective material (German alanod reflector) is used to reflect ultraviolet light, which is durable and greatly improves the utilization rate of ultraviolet light (more than 38%).
3 Conveying net width: 300mm. Height of inlet and outlet: 130mm.
4 The adjustable height of the lampshade is 80mm.
5 Transmission speed: 1～10m/min, stepless speed regulation.
6 Conveyor belt: mesh belt is used as transmission power, high temperature resistance, UV resistance and stable conveying.
7 Housing material: 1.5 cold-rolled plates are bent and welded, and the housing is spray-baked, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
8 Cooling system: forced air cooling.
9 Electrical part: CKC delay, OMRON relay, famous switch, CHNT contactor, leakage circuit breaker and other famous brand electrical appliances that meet international safety standards.
10 Control panel: UV lamp ammeter, power indicator, power switch, UV lamp switch, time accumulator.
