1.5mm Thick 11.5KW Uv Curing Machine Inside Reflective Lenses

Description:

1 Purpose: This machine is suitable for LCD, LED and other electronic products, precision components and other ultraviolet light curing.
2 Features: Efficient UV beam can make UV paint, glue, ink and so on quickly and instantly solidify.
3 Conveyor belt: conveyor belt is used, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and easy cleaning.
4 Transmission part: use motor tooth box
5 Material: The shell is made of rolled plate, the thickness is 1.5mm, and the surface is treated with an electrostatic powder baking cover.
6 Lamp: Two 5KW UV lamps are used. The position, height and angle of the lamp in the UV furnace can be adjusted, and the service life is guaranteed for 800~1000 hours.
7 Cooling system: 2 sets of Kyushu fans (1 set of 0.75KW exhaust air, 1 set of 1.1KW air intake), effective heat dissipation. Add quartz heat insulation under the lampshade to cool down, and the space temperature does not exceed 50°C
8 Reflector: It is made of aluminum and is integrally formed with German alanod imported reflective lenses inside, which can increase the UV reflection efficiency by 38%
9 Control system:

(1) Each group of lamps can be controlled independently.

(2) Each group of lamps can be equipped with LCD recorder when in use, and can be reset to zero for use.

(3) Electrical part: use Chint contact, CKC timing, OMRON contact electrical, NIPPON timer and spring switch, etc.

Safety devices:

 leakage circuit breaker, abnormal emergency switch, phase sequence protection, transformer, motor overload protection, control circuit fuse, etc., in line with national safety standards.
