Description:
It is composed of UV lamp tube, lampshade, transformer (ballast) and capacitor (trigger). There are two types of UV lamps on the UV tube market: high-pressure mercury lamps and metal halide lamps. Domestic equipment generally uses high-pressure mercury lamps, and some imported equipment uses metal halide lamps.
1 Scope of application: Calcium silicate board, glass magnesium board, cement fiber board, panel furniture, door panel, MDF board, particle board and other plates are smoothly loaded and unloaded during production.
2 The surface of the workpiece is moved by a vacuum chuck to move.
3 Configure the Japanese Mitsubishi PLC program control system to effectively control the suction of the vacuum suction cup to reduce the length of the workpiece and move it horizontally in the horizontal direction to achieve accurate suction and discharge, which is fast and stable.
4 The vacuum pump produces a strong suction force, and the adsorption force can reach 100KG, effectively preventing the slippage of the sheet, and the production efficiency is up to 6 times/min.
