Description​:

It is suitable for all kinds of wood, plastic, metal and other flat coatings. The surface of the paint processed by this machine is smooth, full, and no color difference.

Describe

1 Effective working size: a effective width: 920mm; b, thickness: 3-80mmc, length (shortest): 300mm.

Material:

 The shell is made of 1.5mm steel plate bent and welded, the surface is treated with liquid paint, and the support wall is made of 20cm steel plate (A3 material)
3 Coating part: A single group of roller coating system is adopted. Each group of systems includes steel rollers and silicone wheels. Each group of roller coating system can be lifted and lowered independently.
4 Glue roller:

diameter: ￠250mm, length: 1070mm, made of high-quality Japanese silicone, wear-resistant, good elasticity, hardness can be customized according to customer requirements (30 degrees -50 degrees), can withstand various solvents. Use high quality Coupling drive, bearing adopts KHV bearing, Taiwan Delta inverter controls glue roller speed.
5 Metering wheel: Diameter: ￠150 mm, length: 1070mm, 45# seamless steel tube is welded by CO², the surface is finely ground, the balance is dynamic, the runout is less than 0.05mm, and the surface is brightened by electroplating hard chrome and polishing. Direct plug-in connection transmission, which can truly achieve the integration with the drive motor.
6 Conveying roller: power: 1.5KW, diameter: ￠130 mm, length: 920mm. The 45# seamless steel pipe is welded by CO², the surface is finely ground, and the balance is dynamic, the runout is less than 0.05mm, and the surface is brightened by electroplating hard chrome and polishing. 7 Conveyor belt: Green PVC flat conveyor belt is adopted, which is stable and has long service life.

9 Control system 3 sets of Wanxin speed machine, 3 sets of Delta frequency converter, each roller can be adjusted independently.
