Description:

1. This machine can cure UV coatings in a short time through UV energy, which is highly efficient, energy-saving and environmentally friendly. Mechanization can greatly improve production efficiency, and is not affected by its external conditions. It is widely used for drying and curing all kinds of wood, aluminum, acrylic, calcium silicate, PVC, and hardware accessories.

7 Transmission system

stainless steel mesh belt (wire diameter 2.0 mesh 20*15), with high temperature resistance, UV resistance and other characteristics. Make the machine run more smoothly.
It adopts Siemens motor and Italian Modoli reducer, Mitsubishi frequency converter to control the speed, and the panel is equipped with potentiometer speed control knob.
