Main Structure And Function

1.Vertical structure, The screen plate can be lifted up and down vertically and made

of independent mechanical driver, magnet clutch, main motor. Have the function of

moves steady, prints accurate, assure the printing quality.

2.It adopts the honeycomb Alumunium-allory stainless steel with vacuum sorption

and min. adjustment.

3.It adopts high-precision linear leading line to be a guide for movement of vertical

up and down and printing.

4.Machine adopts the Microcomputer controlling system

5.Machine have the three types of printing operation which as manual/single/automatic.

6.Printing part adopts the linear moving method which made of synchronous belt,

Frequency motor. And the printing blade and ink blade have the infinite variable speed device separately.

7.The printing blade and ink blade have the special cylinder separately. The pressure,

travel adjustment, and cylinder is operated by computer.

8.It has the function of snap-off device, timing, count, repeat printing.
