Description

Water Based Roller Coating Varnish to Improve UV Inks' Adhesive for Papers

This coating is to make excellent adhesive for silve card paper, aluminum paper and so on while using UV curying inks.

Instructions


1) MIix with our water-based yellow and orange paste pulp directly to make the right color for paper. Keep the viscosity 14S in the printing process ,alcohol: water = 1: 1, ( If poor drying, appropriate ratio alcohol: water = 6: 4), stur it well while mixing.


2) It is necessary to consider the oven temperature, drying tunnel length and machine speed. The recommended oven temperature is 75 ℃, 95 ℃, 95 ℃ and 80 ℃. The drying tunnel should be over 6m and the speed should not exceed 90m / min.
