UV Frosting Varnish

Advantages:

1) UV curing quick. Not including evaporation solvent.

2) High accrete capability & hardness. Good scratch resistance.

3) Well distributed frosting surface.

4) Chemical resistance.

5) To choose different model UV frosting varnish & meshcount in order to attain to different result & surface gloss according to different requirement.

1) Surface: Ivory, faint yellow, cream, semi-fluid mass.

2) Curing speed: (120 W/cm ×2-3 Hgs, Lamp wavelength 250-400nm), Generally speak printing speed is 15-50m/min.

3) Screen meshcount: 200-300 meshcount

4) Diluent: UM series professional diluent .

5) Viscosity: 5000-30000 cps at 25℃.
