Description

UV LED Silk Screen Snow Flake Varnish

UV snowflake varnish with excellent hand felling, soft gloss, strong sense of 3D effect, and fine pattern characteristics, has a special transparent steric decorative effect just like snow after curing, now is widely used in liquor and tobacco, moon cake, tea, cosmetics and other high-end gift packaging printing process.

Advantages:

1, Fast UV curing speed, No organic solvent including, It’s environmental protection.
2, Fine pattern, with good adhesion force, low odour and flexibility, has fold and stamping resistance meanwhile.
3, Excellent chemical resistance, resist to scrubbing most of organic solvent, water, alkali, and acid.
4, Suitable substrate:gold & silver cardboard, tectorial papers, and PET etc.
5, Scope of application:
Liquor and tobacco packaging, daily necessary products packaging, food packaging, home decorations and etc.

1) Surface: Ivory or faint yellow liquid.

2)Curing Light Power: LED UV > 2,800 mJ /c㎡( by LS 128 UV energy Meter)

Wavelength: LED UV 385-395nm

3) Screen plate: 168T

Instructions:

1) To choose proper mesh and curing speed in order to different texture.

2) Please deep mixed before using it.

3) Please clean the mesh plate with cleaning agent when sealed. After evaporate fully and then start to printing.
