Description

UV Gravure Matte Varnish

UV gravure printing series have high gloss effect, matte effect and abrasive effive.
As for abrasive effect ,there are coarse ,medium, and small abrasive printing effect to be choosed.

Advantages:

4, Appropriate fold-resistant.

5, Great chemical resistance, resist scrubbing most of organic solvent, water and acid-base.

Technology Data:

Reticle of anilox roller:80-150 line/cm, plate depth:45-55um

UV lamp power: 80W/CM*3 Hg or 120W/CM*2 Hg

Printing speed: 6000-10000 times/h.

Printing method: offset press, roller coater, gravure press, coater machine.

Suitable substrate: PET, gold&silver cardboard, aluminized paper, etc. films.

Scope of application: Alcohol and tobacco packaging,daily chemical products packaging,electronic products packaging, food packaging , album of painting, etc.
