Q1: Do you have any MOQ?
A: We don't have a MOQ. WE also provide customized original products if you need.
Q2: How can I place an order?
A: 1. Provide us your requirements.
2. Our company will draft an quotation and provide you with our best suggestions.
3. Our company will issue an invoice and you will confirm the invoice.
4.Make the payment after confirming the Invoice.
5.The goods will be shipped as soon as possible after payment.
Q3: Can I order sample products?
A:Yes, you can order the sample product.The policy is that you will initially pay for the product and shipping. The payment will be refunded once you order product or return the sample products.
Q4: How long will it take you to prepare the order?
A: For normal product it takes 1-3 days for customized product it can take upto 10 days.
Q5: Do you give any warranty for your products?
A: All our products are under warranty for at least 1 year. During this period if you run into some issue, you can contact us and we will replace or repair the product for you.

Attention should be paid to welding high-power UV LED:

1) The welding time should not exceed 3S;
2) The welding temperature should be lower than 260 degrees Celsius.
3) Please make sure that the electrical parameters such as voltage and current do not exceed the rated current parameters of the product.
4) Take good heat dissipation measures, especially high-power UVLEDs, and try to ensure sufficient heat dissipation area.
5) In order to extend the service life of UV LEDs, it is recommended to use a stable constant current drive power supply or IC instead of a constant voltage drive power supply or IC.
