Combined cooling roll laminated using forced water cooling structure, through silicone roll and the pressure roll to laminate. Double working position rewinding unit and adjust edge trimming and waste edge collecting device, the clutch between the different units and the rolls is controled by electric. There are speed governors between different units, the different parts speed can adjustment singlely or at the same time.
