This equipment is widely used to produce all kinds of monofilament for wire brushing. It is mainly composed of extruder, cold water tank, drafting machine, hot water tank, oiler, winding and so on. Excellent mechanical properties ensure the stability and uniformity of monofilament products. The precise electrical control system makes the operation efficient and simple.

The main engine is equipped with a pressure gauge to display the high temperature melt pressure and a tachometer to display the screw speed. The linear speed of each roller can be displayed by speedometer, the drawing ratio can be set and adjusted conveniently, and the speed of each single roller can be adjusted separately.

The system of the unit is controlled by microcomputer. Each unit can be controlled centrally and operated separately. The speed of the whole unit can be increased or decreased synchronously.

2. How many days will you finish installing?

We will finish installation and training within 15 days.

3. What should we charge for your engineer?

You should charge for the cost of our engineer's air tickets, hotel, food, and also their salary 80USD one day per person.

4. How long is your machine's warranty period?

All our machine has one year guarantee for electricity parts and two years guarantee for mechanism, starting from finished installation.

5. How could you do if the parts broken within warranty?

We would express the free replacement parts during the warranty date

6. How could you do after one year warranty period?

We also can-do service for you, but you need pay salary for our technicians 80USD/day for each person.

7. What is your terms of payment ?

30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.
