Application

TF series turbine oil vacuum oil filter adopts vacuum negative pressure principle, adopts 3d film flash technology, adopts multi-level large flux precision filtration, effectively removes the unqualified oil in the water, impurities, gases, heavy metals and so on, restores the oil performance, the equipment can filter oil online. It is used for purification and filtration treatment of hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, turbine oil, refrigerated oil and gear oil in petrochemical, electric power, wind power, machinery, metallurgy and other industries to meet the demand of high-precision oil.

Description

TF turbine oil purifier series is developed by vacuum evaporation technology, coacervation technology, coalescing technology, separating engineering technology and refined purification technology. It can eliminate water, gas, impurities, colloid, dielectric etc. rapidly and effectively in high vacuum situation and make the waste oil reuse.

The lubrication of turbine or other equipments which has lubrication system need be replaced frequently because of vapor, water and other impurities mixed with it. Otherwise, oil deterioration would result in breakdown of machinery or affect the normal running of machinery.

TF series can effectively extend the lifetime of oil and protect turbine and other machinery which has lubrication system from damage.

Working principle
When the turbine oil vacuum oil filter works, the polluted oil enters the heater through the inlet under the action of the external atmospheric pressure vacuum suction. The heated oil enters the primary filter, and the large particle impurities are filtered out. Then the oil enters the vacuum separator and passes through the special divergence device. The diverging device produces a huge surface area per unit volume of oil, exposing contaminated oil to a relatively low temperature vacuum, thus removing water and harmful gases in oil. The mixture of evaporated water vapor and gas condenses into liquid through the water tank and cooler, and enters the water storage tank. The remaining gas is drawn out by a vacuum pump. The water removed oil is fed into the fine filter by the discharge pump to remove the particulate impurities, that is, to complete the oil purification process. According to the amount of water content, it takes several cycles to completely remove the water.

5) heater with low load design, to ensure the oil heater can evenly heat, can effectively avoid bow | up oil cracking and aging damage;

6) advanced electrical system and automatic infrared oil level control system. Automatic control will not occur oil running phenomenon;

7) It can realize unattended online operation with steam turbine, water turbine and other equipment. Low noise, in line with the world's high standards of environmental protection;

8) The equipment can automatically drain water without stopping, making the operation of the equipment more simple and humanized;

9) If the acid value of oil exceeds the standard, BZ regeneration device can be used together to reduce the acid value and dielectric loss, the acid value after oil treatment (mgKOH/g)≤ S0.03; it can also purify the oil with steam, water leakage, aging, acid, foam and emulsification so that the quality indexes of the oil meet the requirements of "GB/T 7596-2008" Quality Standard for Steam turbine oil in operation ". Online demulsification, dehydration, acid removal, impurity removal, so that the serious turbidified turbine oil becomes clear and transparent.

  • Dehydration (Degas) System
  • The vacuum vessel can enlarge evaporation area efficiently. The heater, being placed on the vacuum vessel, becomes an evaporator. Thus the evaporation area of vacuum vessel is three times more than that of the ordinary vacuum vessel. This innovation can dehydrate and degas effectively and efficiently.
  • The optimal structure of the dehydration (degas) system enlarges the surface area of oil exposed to the vacuum system and extends the flowing distance of the oil in the vacuum system. Thus there has sufficient time to remove the moisture and gas from the oil by vaporization.
  • Filtering System
  • The filtering materials with variable apertures are made of specialized glass fiber. The sizes of the filtering fiber and aperture dwindle gradually in the different filtering stages. The impurities with different particulate sizes are filtered step by step. The capability of removing particulate matters and impurities is improved greatly by this method.
  • The filtering system has stable and perfect filtering fineness. The filtering fineness has several grades, including 1, 2,3,4,5,6,10 µm etc. Oil β≥1000 after filter.
  • The filtering system is equipped with reverse rinse and filth device. It improves the effectiveness of filtering and extends the lifetime of filter awfully.
  • Oil heating System
  • The unique heater structure heats the oil uniformly.
  • Oil Heater System assures less than 1.0 w/cm². During the heating process, the deterioration of the oil caused by overheating is avoided.
  • The oil temperature can be adjusted between 20℃ to 80℃.The heater is controlled manually or automatically. The heater will stop automatically when the oil temperature reaches a certain degree.
  • Being installed with safety protection devices, the heating system is secure and reliable. The heater will stop operation automatically when the oil volume of inlet is too low to avoid the damages of the heater.
  • Electrical Apparatus controlling System
  • The main components of the electrical apparatus made by Schneider, Siemens and so on ensure the safety of the controlling system.
  • Having several protection systems which will avoid oil ejection, overload and over voltage etc.
  • Oil-level Controlling System
  • The oil-level floating ball or infrared liquid level automatic controller system are installed in the vacuum vessel to control the oil level so as to avoid the oil being suctioned into vacuum pump in the operation.
  • The new innovation of eliminating froth can avoid the oil being suctioned into vacuum pump.

Guarantees & documentation

SINO-NSH Warrants the plant supplied under this specification against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of sixteen (16) months from date of shipment or twelve (12) months after the start up of the system. SINO-NSH’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or furnishing, without charge F.O.B. point of manufacture, a similar part to replace any part, which was proven to be defective within warranty period. SINO-NSH shall not in any event be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages. The performance guarantee will be within limitations as detailed in duty & performance paragraph of this specification.
