The FU3051 is a triode. It has thoriated tungsten cathode and radiation cooling of plate.

The tube maximum plate dissipation is 0.8kW and maximum frequency operation is 50MHz.

The tube is designed for oscillator in the industry high frequency heating applications.
The tube could replace 6T51.
