Working Principle
The working principle of the cosmetic cream lotion homogenizer is mainly based on the shear, dispersion, emulsification and homogenization principles of physics. During the production process, the materials are first heated and stirred in the water pot and oil pot for preliminary mixing reaction, and then sucked into the emulsification pot through a vacuum pump. The emulsification pot is equipped with an efficient stirring system and homogenization device. Through the rotation of the central stirring and the scraping action of the polytetrafluoroethylene scraper, the materials are continuously stirred, mixed and a new interface is generated. At the same time, the shear, impact and turbulence generated between the high-speed rotating cutting wheel and the fixed cutting sleeve quickly break the materials into tiny particles to achieve emulsification and homogenization. In this process, the vacuum state in the emulsification pot effectively prevents the mixing of bubbles and ensures the fineness and glossiness of the product.
