The material is stirred at the center of the upper part of the emulsifying pot, and the polytetrafluoroethylene scraper always conforms to the shape of the stirring pot, sweeping away the sticky material on the wall, so that the scraped material continuously produces new interfaces, and then is sheared, compressed, and folded by the blades and the rotating blades, so that it is stirred and mixed and flows downward to the homogenizer under the pot body. The material then passes through the strong shearing, impact, turbulence and other processes generated between the high-speed rotating cutting wheel and the fixed cutting sleeve. The material is cut in the shear gap and quickly broken into particles of 200nm-2um. Since the emulsifying tank is in a vacuum state, the bubbles generated by the material during the stirring process are promptly removed. The vacuum method is adopted to prevent the products produced from mixing with bubbles during the stirring process, thereby ensuring that high-quality products with gloss, fineness and good ductility can be produced.
