The vacuum emulsifying mixer, also known as the vacuum homogenizing mixer,it has one blades-mixer for high viscosity materials and one high-speed homogenizer for emulsification. The blades-mixer has scrapers that get rid of the stuff stuck inside the mixing bowl so that there are no dead corners. The blades-mixer makes a downward current that mixes and pushes the material through the homogenizer.

The vacuum emulsifier homogenizer mixer’s head comprises a high-speed rotor and a high-speed stator. When the rotor and stator spin fast inside the homo-head, there is a difference in pressure from the bottom to the top. The material goes through the homo-head. It is sheared, broken, mixed, and emulsified. When the upward force stops, the emulsified material pours out of the top of the homo-head. And is brought back by the downward pressure of the blades-mixer.

The mixing system of the machine is designed to produce creams and liquids of different viscosities. The speed can also be adjusted according to customer preferences. The vacuum system will ensure successful operation by preventing the formation of bubbles in the material.
