PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

This screw conveyor is a customizable machine. We can design and manufacture a screw conveyor according to customers´ specific requirements.
The screw conveyor also be called as other name in different country, for example, sometimes will also named it as pipe screw conveyor; auger conveyor; trough shaped screw conveyor; screw feeder; U-type screw conveyor and so on.

Main Features

1.Small size and rapid rotary speed, which ensures rapid and average conveying.
2.Good sealing quality and rigidity. The outer casing is made of seamless steel pipes, and the end caps are connected with flanges.
3.Modular design and excellent fabricating.
4.Inlets and outlets can be configured as required.
5.Dust-tight housing, high degree of sanitation.

Using Scope
Loose materials such as powder, granular and small piece material , which includes: clay powder, pulverized coal, cement, sand, grain, small piece of coal , cobble, and cast iron filings, etc. While it is not applicable for materials with high viscosity and easy to be curdled. Widely applied:It is widely used for the loose cement transportation from cement warehouse to mixer or from cement warehouse to compounding machine in concrete mixing plant
