The vacuum fryer has a unique effect of deoiling. The low temperature vacuum fryer is mainly used in:

Low speed is used for stirring, high speed is used for oil separation, time relay is used to control the reverse rotation of the fry basket, and the heat transfer effect is enhanced.
- Oil inlet: reasonable oil inlet design keep the even oil washing. The product has good color.
1. Oil storage tank
It is for oil storage before frying. The oil will be heated in it firstly. During frying, the oil will be cycled between oil storage tank and frying pot.

5. Oil Filter Tank:
We have vacuum oil filter tank to match with our automatic snacks vacuum frying equipment. The whole process is also automatic. There is a vacuum pump on the filter tank, it can pump the oil from storage tank into the filter tank.
We all know after several batches, there will be bad smell and also dirty scrap(sugar) in the oil. In order to keep good quality of final chips, the oil need to be filtered.
Normal procedure is as below:
Add ordinary natural water, the water should be higher than the steam exhaust pipe, then heat the boiling, the heating temperature is higher than 100 degrees, about 105 degrees, so that the sugar in the oil will dissolve, it takes about 40 minutes, then need to wait for about 3 hours The water and oil are separated and precipitated. The ratio of water and oil is 30% water, 70% oil in the filter tank.

1. Electric heating.
It is heating with the thermal oil. The advantages of this method are uniform heating, high thermal efficiency and low heat loss; the use of electricity as a heat source eliminates the boiler, boiler room and other supporting facilities in the production process; the investment is small and the production is fast. However, this method is only suitable for small-scale production and consumes a large amount of electricity. It is necessary to consider the actual local power supply.
2. Steam heating
Steam is used as a heating medium, which is suitable for industrial production of a certain large scale. The heater can be a spiral coil or a sandwich. Currently, this type of equipment generally uses a spiral coil. The advantage of this method is that the heat supply is sufficient, especially after feeding, the oil temperature is greatly reduced. At this time, the supply of steam can be increased to meet the demand for heat.
3. Storage tank circulation heating
That is, the frying pot and the fuel tank are provided with an interlayer for steam heating, and the heated oil in the oil tank is pumped into the frying pot to circulate to relieve the insufficient heat provided by the steam interlayer heating. In this way, the heat loss of the pipeline is very large. Additional equipment such as a circulation pump is required. The valve and the interface are added, so that it is difficult to maintain the vacuum in the pot.
